ADMISSION PROCESS:

1.      Admission is open to everyone who is qualified regardless of religion, tribe or nationality.

2.      Applicants should pay and secure the Registration form (online or in-person), pay and fill out all details.

3.      Applicants should submit the Registration form along with a copy of their WASSCE Result(apart from the short courses students), ID Card (National, Passport or Bank ID) and 2 Passport Pictures.

4.      An admission letter will be sent to the applicants on their admission status followed by other details.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

a. All students must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, honesty, integrity, and responsibility.

b. Students are expected to behave in a manner that upholds the reputation and values of One Deen College both on and off campus.

c. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.

d. Students Should always be dressed modestly.

1.      Academic Integrity:

a. Students must maintain high standards of academic integrity and honesty.

b. Plagiarism, cheating, or any other form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited.

c. Students should give proper credit to the sources they use in their academic work.

2.      Attendance and Punctuality:

a. Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Students are expected to attend all classes, lectures, and exams.

b. Punctuality is important. Students should arrive on time for classes and any scheduled activities.

3.      Dress Code:

a. One Deen College promotes modesty and a respectful environment. Students are expected to adhere to the college's dress code policy. There should be no tight dressings for female and one that exposes their body. Men should also adhere to a respectable and decent dressing.

4.      Respect for Diversity:

a. Whilst One Deen College is an Islamic oriented institution, we celebrate diversity and inclusion. Students are expected to respect all backgrounds.

b. Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

5.      Use of College Facilities and Resources:

a. Students should use college facilities and resources responsibly and respect the property of the college and others.

b. Any damage caused to college property due to negligence or misconduct may result in disciplinary action.

6.      Technology and Internet Usage:

a. Students are responsible for using college technology and internet resources in a legal and ethical manner.

b. Accessing or distributing inappropriate or offensive material is strictly prohibited.

7.      Health and Safety:

a. Students should prioritize their health and safety as well as that of others.

 b. Students with known transmittable diseases who did not report their sickness will be reported to the authorities.

 9.      Disciplinary Action:

a. Violation of any of the college policies may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, probation, suspension, or expulsion, depending on the severity of the offense.
